FLOW Insights: the session as a brief

Desktop FLOW now opens a drawn briefing of the session: what kind of day it is, where positions are building, and what is worth watching.

FLOW shows every print. Insights tells you what they add up to.

On desktop FLOW, the INSIGHTS view in the left panel is a briefing of the session. It compares today with a normal day, meaning the median of the last 20 sessions, and refreshes every 2 minutes.

The Day

One sentence sums up the session, for example "a busy day, heavy in long-dated puts and new positions". Three figures sit against a normal day: premium, put share and new positions. A figure outside its usual range is drawn in stronger type.

Building Positions

Five-session bars show the contracts being built. Bar height is that day's premium, and colour is that day's lean.

Where It Went

A donut splits stock premium by sector. The outer ring is today and the inner ring a normal day, so a sector taking an unusual share stands out.

What to Watch

Cards appear only when their rule fires: a basket of names moving together, a sector selloff or rally, the day's largest burst, or earnings in the next 7 days.

The lists

Unusual, Turned, Bets and New sit behind tabs below the brief.
