TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MomoEdge platform, including the Oracle Terminal and all associated analytics tools and services provided by Scope Capital Investments.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

MomoEdge is a financial analytics platform providing market data visualization, options flow monitoring, gamma exposure analytics, and algorithmic analysis tools designed to assist users in interpreting market activity.

The platform is owned and operated by Scope Capital Investments.

2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

All trading decisions are made solely by the user. Scope Capital Investments does not act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or investment manager.

3. RISK DISCLOSURE

Trading financial instruments including stocks, options, futures, and derivatives involves substantial risk. Users acknowledge that:

• Trading can result in partial or total loss of capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Market conditions may change rapidly

Users accept full responsibility for any financial decisions they make.

4. TRADE INSIGHTS AND PUBLISHED RESULTS

MomoEdge shares trade insights (ORACLE trades): trades our team takes in a real-money account, and their results, on its website, in the platform and in its community channels. A trade insight reports what our team is doing in that account. It is general information shared with all members, not advice or a recommendation suited to any member's circumstances, and any decision to trade is yours alone.

The $10K account. The $10K account is that real brokerage account, traded with real money by our team. It started with $10,000 on October 12, 2026 and runs until December 31, 2026; every ORACLE trade shared in that period is a trade in it. Its stated goal is to grow the account as much as possible without its value at any close falling 20% or more below its highest close, the $10,000 start counting as one.

Its results are shown at the prices its orders were filled at, before commissions and fees. Until a fill is recorded, an estimate, usually the price given in the trade insight, is used and is marked as one. Open positions are valued at an estimated market value during market hours and at the latest 4:00 PM ET close otherwise. While a trade is open, its symbol is not shown.

Our team places the account's orders. They may be filled before, at the same time as, or after members receive the trade insight, and at prices different from those available to members. MomoEdge and the people who run it may hold positions in securities named in trade insights.

The ORACLE track record. The track record shows each closed ORACLE trade at equal size, before costs, with option returns measured on the premium. It is a standardized view, not the $10K account's results, and does not reflect any member's trading.

5. MARKET DATA

The platform may incorporate third-party market data sources. Such data is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to licensing restrictions.

Scope Capital Investments does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party market data.

Redistribution of raw market data may be subject to third-party licensing restrictions.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & FREE TRIAL

Access to portions of the MomoEdge platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms may include monthly or annual billing, automatic renewal, and membership limits or waiting lists.

New members may be offered a free trial period (typically 7 days). During the free trial, you may cancel at any time without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged at the subscription rate displayed at checkout.

After the trial period, subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Scope Capital Investments reserves the right to modify pricing or access levels at any time with reasonable advance notice to members.

7. MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY

To preserve platform performance and analytical integrity, membership may be limited. Access may be capped, restricted, or managed through waitlists.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users may not:

• Copy or redistribute platform content
• Scrape or extract platform data
• Reverse engineer platform algorithms
• Develop competing products using platform insights
• Share login credentials

Violation may result in termination of access.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform components including software, analytics engines, algorithms, visualizations, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Scope Capital Investments. No rights are granted except limited access for personal use.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Scope Capital Investments shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, financial damages, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. TERMINATION

Scope Capital Investments reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion.

12. MODIFICATIONS

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
