These SMS Terms describe the MomoEdge text-messaging program operated by Scope Capital Investments. These SMS Terms are a separate agreement from the MomoEdge Terms of Service: agreeing to the MomoEdge Terms of Service does not by itself create any obligation under these SMS Terms. You agree to these SMS Terms only by providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to SMS messages on the signup page or in account settings.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

MomoEdge sends automated SMS alerts to subscribers who have opted in. Messages are operational in nature and fall into four categories: (i) trade signal alerts (including structural-shift detections), (ii) price-target alerts, (iii) invalidation notices, and (iv) account and billing notifications (including account-security notices and subscription/billing notices). The program is operated by Scope Capital Investments and delivered via Twilio.

2. CONSENT

You will only receive SMS messages after explicitly opting in. There are two opt-in surfaces:

• At signup — on the public signup page at momoedge.ai/signup, by entering your phone number in the SMS Alerts section and checking the consent box adjacent to the disclosure text.
• In account settings — at momoedge.ai/account-settings, by entering your phone number in the SMS notifications section and checking the consent box that mirrors the language on this page.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the phone number you provide. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any MomoEdge subscription or product, and is not bundled with acceptance of the MomoEdge Terms of Service.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on market activity and the alert categories enabled in your account. Most users receive between 0 and 15 messages per day. Frequency may rise during high-volatility periods and may fall to zero during market closures.

4. COSTS

MomoEdge does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your text-messaging plan.

5. OPT-OUT

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message received from MomoEdge: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. You may also opt out by toggling SMS notifications off in your account settings at momoedge.ai/account-settings. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from MomoEdge unless you opt in again. Opt-outs are processed immediately; allow up to 24 hours for stragglers in the delivery queue.

6. HELP

Reply HELP to any MomoEdge SMS message for assistance, or email admin@momoedge.ai. The HELP reply will identify the program and provide contact information.

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

The MomoEdge SMS program is delivered over US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and the majority of US MVNOs. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is best-effort; MomoEdge does not guarantee that any individual message will be delivered, will be delivered on time, or will be free of carrier-side modification.

8. PHONE NUMBER CHANGES

If you change your phone number or transfer your number to a new account holder, you are responsible for updating or removing your number in MomoEdge account settings. MomoEdge is not responsible for messages sent to a number that has been transferred without notice.

9. SMS DATA

When you opt in, MomoEdge records the phone number, the timestamp of consent, the IP address from which consent was given, and the browser user-agent string. This metadata is retained for compliance and audit purposes for as long as the account exists and for up to 24 months after account deletion. 10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The MomoEdge SMS program currently supports US phone numbers only. Support for additional countries may be added; users in those countries will be notified at the time of expansion. Users outside the United States cannot opt in until international support is enabled.

11. MODIFICATIONS

These SMS Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by SMS, email, or a notice in your account. Continued participation in the SMS program after a material change constitutes acceptance.
