These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MomoEdge platform, including the Oracle Terminal and all associated analytics tools and services provided by Scope Capital Investments.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
MomoEdge is a financial analytics platform providing market data visualization, options flow monitoring, gamma exposure analytics, and algorithmic analysis tools designed to assist users in interpreting market activity.
The platform is owned and operated by Scope Capital Investments.
2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE
MomoEdge provides analytical tools and informational content only. Nothing provided by the platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
All trading decisions are made solely by the user. Scope Capital Investments does not act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or investment manager.
3. RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading financial instruments including stocks, options, futures, and derivatives involves substantial risk. Users acknowledge that:
- Trading can result in partial or total loss of capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Market conditions may change rapidly
Users accept full responsibility for any financial decisions they make.
4. MARKET DATA
The platform may incorporate third-party market data sources. Such data is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to licensing restrictions.
Scope Capital Investments does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party market data.
Market data provided in part by Unusual Whales. Redistribution of raw data may be subject to third-party licensing restrictions.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Access to portions of the MomoEdge platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms may include monthly or annual billing, automatic renewal, and membership limits or waiting lists.
Scope Capital Investments reserves the right to modify pricing or access levels at any time.
6. MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY
To preserve platform performance and analytical integrity, membership may be limited. Access may be capped, restricted, or managed through waitlists.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may not:
- Copy or redistribute platform content
- Scrape or extract platform data
- Reverse engineer platform algorithms
- Develop competing products using platform insights
- Share login credentials
Violation may result in termination of access.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform components including software, analytics engines, algorithms, visualizations, trademarks, and documentation are the intellectual property of Scope Capital Investments. No rights are granted except limited access for personal use.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Scope Capital Investments shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, financial damages, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. TERMINATION
Scope Capital Investments reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion.
11. MODIFICATIONS
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

DATA PROTECTION
Scope Capital Investments implements reasonable security measures to protect user information.
SMS DATA
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we collect and store the phone number you provide, a timestamp of your consent, the IP address from which the consent was submitted, and your browser user-agent string. This metadata is required by US wireless carriers and the FCC for verification of consent and is used only for audit and compliance purposes. We retain this data for as long as your account exists and for up to 24 months after account deletion or SMS opt-out.
SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, Inc., our SMS sub-processor. Twilio processes your phone number and the message content solely to deliver the message and provide delivery receipts to us. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
We do not sell phone numbers or SMS metadata to third parties. We do not use phone numbers for marketing purposes; all MomoEdge SMS traffic is operational and informational in nature, as described in the standalone MomoEdge SMS Terms (a separate agreement from these Terms of Service that applies only if you opt in to SMS).
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any MomoEdge SMS or by toggling SMS notifications off in your account settings.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell user personal information. Certain third-party services used for platform infrastructure process limited data necessary to provide services. These include:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Netlify — web hosting and serverless functions
- Twilio — SMS message delivery (for users who opt in)
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
- Unusual Whales — third-party market data (read-only; no user data shared)
Each of these sub-processors has its own privacy policy and processes user data only as necessary to provide the contracted service.
USER RIGHTS
Users may request access to their stored data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of account information.

The MomoEdge platform, Oracle Terminal, and associated analytical systems are proprietary products of Scope Capital Investments.
Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
Users may not:

- Repackage or resell platform insights
- License platform outputs to third parties
INSTITUTIONAL LICENSING
Scope Capital Investments may offer commercial licensing agreements for institutional partners.

This software, including but not limited to the MomoEdge platform, the Oracle Terminal, and all associated algorithms, analytics engines, visualizations, and source code is the exclusive intellectual property of Scope Capital Investments.
OWNERSHIP
Scope Capital Investments retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trade secrets, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
RESTRICTIONS
Except as expressly authorized in writing by Scope Capital Investments, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Use the Software to develop competing products
- License, sublicense, rent, sell, or otherwise distribute the Software
- Extract or reuse proprietary algorithms, data structures, or analytical models
UNAUTHORIZED USE
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of the Software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING
Commercial or institutional licensing of the Software may be available upon request.
